- You are welcome at the centre 10 or 15 minutes before your session starts to get changed, if needed, and get acquainted with your therapist.
- You will be given a robe and towels from the SPA centre.
- Take off any jewelry, accessories and clothes and remain in your underwear (if you wish, for certain procedures disposable underwear can be provided)
- Make sure your valuables have been safely put away in your personal locker.
- During the procedure, please inform your therapist if you are feeling comfortable, if you are too hot or too cold, whether the pressure applied is too much or not enough. Your comfort and well-being are of paramount importance.
- If you are still suffering from a previous trauma or are not physically fit, do share this with the therapist; he or she may propose adjustments to achieve maximum effect from the therapy.
- Our therapists will avoid conversation during the sessions to allow for your better concentration and relaxation.
- Mobile phone calls and smoking are not allowed in the SPA centre.
- Persons less than 18 years of age are not admitted without express parental consent.
- In case you wish to cancel a session, please notify us at the reception desk at least 4 hours in advance, and for SPA rituals – 12 hours in advance. If you fail to notify personnel about the change in your plans, you will be charged 100% of the price of the session.
